Recently, with the completion of the final debugging procedure, a brand-new set of motorcycle production line officially commenced operation at our Brazilian client’s factory. This successful installation marks a significant step forward in the strategic partnership between our company and our Brazilian collaborator, and serves as another vivid demonstration of our commitment to “Global Service, Local Support.”
In September of 2025, at the invitation of a key long-term Brazilian client, our engineering and technical team traversed hemispheres to the client’s factory on the other side of the world to execute the on-site assembly and commissioning of a set of high-precision motorcycle production equipment. This mission was not only a test of the equipment’s performance but also a comprehensive assessment of our overseas technical support capabilities and our team’s professionalism.

Meticulous Preparation Ensures a Smooth Journey Across Miles
Prior to the engineers’ departure, both parties engaged in months of close communication. Through remote video conferences, 3D simulations, and the exchange of detailed installation manuals, our technical team and the Brazilian factory colleagues reached precise consensus on details such as equipment layout, foundation preparation, and utility interfaces. All core components underwent pre-assembly testing before shipment to ensure optimal condition upon arrival after the long sea voyage.
Efficient On-Site Collaboration Overcomes Challenges for Precision Installation
Upon arrival at the Brazilian factory, our engineers quickly commenced work. Despite challenges like language barriers, time differences, and local work environment variations, the team leveraged extensive international project experience to establish efficient and smooth collaboration with their Brazilian counterparts. Every step—from machine inspection, foundation verification, to the hoisting and positioning of the core frame, precise calibration of the transmission system, and the connection of electrical systems and sensor debugging—was strictly adhered to technical specifications, ensuring a solid foundation and qualified precision for the equipment.
A Pioneering Automated Post line from Armstrong
Significantly, this production line represents Armstrong’s first independently developed and manufactured automated post line for motorcycle brake pads. It includes specialized equipment for motorcycle brake pads, such as CNC grinding machines, sandblasting equipment, and powder coating line . The successful integration of these systems on-site highlights our growing capabilities in providing comprehensive, automated solutions.
During the installation, the two teams worked side-by-side, promptly addressing any unforeseen on-site issues. Our engineers not only completed the installation but also provided systematic on-site training for the client’s operation and maintenance teams, ensuring they thoroughly understood the equipment principles and mastered daily operations and basic maintenance skills.
From “Delivering Equipment” to “Delivering Productivity” and Beyond
The success of this cross-border installation service transcends mere equipment delivery. It represents an upgrade from “product export” to “technology transfer” and “service delivery.” The factory manager of the client offered high praise: “The professionalism and problem-solving abilities of the Chinese team were deeply impressive. They brought not only advanced equipment but also reliable technical support and efficient working methods, ensuring our new production line could launch on schedule.”
Impressed by the results, the client subsequently placed a follow-up order with Armstrong for finished brake pad testing equipment, including a compression performance testing machine and a Krauss testing machine, further solidifying the partnership.
The success of this Brazil trip further consolidates our brand reputation in the South American market and proves our capability to deeply serve global clients and support local manufacturing development. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold our craftsman spirit. No matter where our clients are located, we will go all out to ensure that every piece of equipment delivers maximum value locally.
