1. Application:
CNC brake lining production line is full automatic is mainly used for the post processing of brake lining after hot pressing, including grinding inner and outer arcs, drilling holes, grinding limit lines, etc.

2. Our Advantages:
● The entire production line consists of six main workstations, all controlled by CNC automation systems. This production line has complete functions and is easy to operate. All processing parameters can be modified through the touch screens on outer shell, and workers only need to input command data into the computer.
● The production line is also equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system, which eliminates the need for manual sheet placement and maximizes production efficiency.
● This production line is suitable for large-scale production plans of individual models, and a single production line can produce 2000 pieces based on an eight hour working time per shift.

3. Work stations features:
3.1 Outer Arc Coarse Grinding Machine
3.1.1 Welded machine body, 40 mm thick steel plate (main bearing plate) and 20 mm thick steel plate (reinforcing rib) are placed for 15 working days after welding, and then the welding stress is eliminated by vibration of time-effective vibrator, thus makes the structure stable.
3.1.2 The wheel hub can be replaced in 15 mins, it’s fast for model change.
3.1.3 It is only necessary to replace different molds to process equal and unequal thickness pieces.
3.1.4 Digital display magnetic grating ruler is provided for wheel wheel adjustment and wheel movement, with display accuracy of 0.005mm.
3.1.5 The grinding wheel adopts electroplated diamond technology, with large grinding volume. The diameter of the grinding wheel is 630mm, and the width of the grinding surface is 50mm.
3.1.6 The grinding wheel has a separate dust extraction cover, with the dust extraction effect of more than 90%. The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed enclosure to further isolate dust, and a dust extraction and collection device is installed

3.2 Inner Arc Grinding Machine
3.2.1 This machine integrates multiple functions of grinding locating end face, grinding inner arc, and inner arc ash cleaning.
3.2.2 Automatic loading, cylinder clamping. The length and width of the feeding device can be adjusted quickly. It can adapt to different specifications of brake linings without changing the mold.
3.2.3 The edge-grinding device uses two grinding wheels driven by high-speed motors to grind both sides of the brake lining at the same time, with high linear speed, symmetrical processing, stable grinding, small vibration and high processing accuracy. During grinding, the brake lining is fixed and clamped by both sides of the positioning block, and the front and rear hydraulic cylinders are clamped to limit the displacement of the brake lining and affect the accuracy. The hydraulic cylinder is used to drive the workbench, so that the movement is stable and the grinding grain is even. Adopt electroplated diamond mushroom head grinding wheel for grinding. The adjustment of grinding wheel adopts dovetail sliding seat, which can be adjusted up and down, front and back, and angle.

3.3 Chamfering Machine
3.3.1 Multiple processes such as chamfering, inner arc and outer arc surface cleaning, etc. Can be realized at the same time.
3.3.2 Each process uses a closed dust extraction device to extract the generated dust, achieving clean and automated production.
3.3.3 At each step of feeding, the product will not stop at the position of chamfering wheel and sand-brushing wheel to avoid long-term stagnation and affect the product quality.

3.4 Drilling Machine
3.4.1 High machining precision: 5-10 thread (National standard is 15-30 thread)
3.4.2 Wide processing range and high working efficiency:
It can process the brake pads with Max.width: 225mm, R142~245mm, drilling hole diameter 10.5~23.5mm.
3.4.3 One worker can operate 3-4machines, one machine(8 hours) can product 1000-3000 pieces of brake pads.

3.5 Outer Arc Fine Grinding Machine
3.5.1 Weld body use 40mm thick steel plate (main bearing plate), 20mm thick steel plate (reinforcing rib), and place it for 15 working days after welding. Then, vibration is carried out by a time effective vibrator to eliminate welding stress and stabilize the structure.
3.5.2 The hub can be removed and replaced within 15 minutes.
3.5.3 It is only necessary to replace different molds to process equal and unequal thickness pieces.
3.5.4 The adjustment of grinding wheel and the movement of wheel hub are equipped with a digital display magnetic grid ruler, with a display accuracy of 0.005mm.
3.5.5 The grinding wheel adopts electroplated diamond technology, with fine grinding lines and a diameter of 630 mm. A roller grinding wheel is provided to finely grind the outer arc, ensuring that the outer arc grinding lines are the same as the inner arc.

3.6 Limit Line Grinding Machine
3.6.1 This model adopts multiple grinding head technology, which can simultaneously grind the lateral dimensions and limit line of the brake lining, and can also choose to process one of them.
3.6.2 The air cylinder pushes the brake lining into the module during loading. There are pneumatic guidance and positioning devices on both sides of the hub to make the brake linings adhere to the module without relative displacement.
3.6.3 The grinding wheel adopts electroplated diamond grinding wheel.
3.6.4 The grinding wheel simultaneously processes the width or limit of the brake lining.
3.6.5 Assemble modules on the wheel hub, and change the product type. Only the corresponding modules need to be replaced.
3.6.6 The grinding wheel is fixed with a cross dovetail slider, which can be adjusted and moved in two directions. Each direction adjustment is equipped with a digital display positioner with a display accuracy of 0.01 mm.
3.6.7 The power part and support position are welded with 30mm thick steel plate. Add a fully enclosed enclosure to the equipment to further isolate dust, and install a suction and dust collection device.
