1.Application:
This CNC grinding machine is designed for passenger car brake pads grinding. This equipment mainly has six working stations: Slotting(Grooving), coarse grinding, fine grinding, chamfer, and turnover device. The working stations is as below:

1.Guide device: feed in the brake pads
2.Slotting station: Make single/double straight/ angled grooving
3.Coarse grinding station: make rough grinding on brake pad surface
4.Fine grinding station: grind the surface according to drawing request
5.Double-sided chamfer stations: Make chamfers on two sides
6.Turnover device: turnover the brake pads to enter next process

2.Our Advantages:
1.The machine can store 1500+ brake pad models in computer. For a new brake pad model, the staff needs to settle all parameters in touch screen at first time and store it. If this model needs to be processed in future, just select the model in computer, the grinder will follow the parameters settled before. Compare with the normal hand wheel adjust grinding machine, this machine can greatly improve the production efficiency.
2. Whole machine body : Integrated processing and forming of the overall framework of the equipment, and the machine weight is about 6 tons, which ensures the overall structure of the equipment is very stable. In this way, the grinding precision can be higher.

3.All parameters are controlled by touch screen, and it mainly has 3 parts to operate, which is easy and convenient for staff:
3.1Main screen: used to start and stop the machine, as well as to monitor the running status and alarm.
3.2Maintenance screen: used to run the servo motor mechanism of each part of the machine, as well as the start and stop of the grinding, chamfering and slotting motors, and to monitor the torque, speed and position of the servo motors.
3.3Parameter screen: It is mainly used to input the basic parameters of each working stations, as well as the acceleration and deceleration settings of the servo mechanism.

4.Suitable for completed model processing:
Some brake pad models has angled slots, some has V-chamfer or Irregular chamfer. These models are difficult to grind on normal grinding machine, even need to pass through 2-3 processing steps, which is very low efficiency. But the servo motors on CNC grinding machine ensures it can deal with different slots and chamfers. It suitable for both OEM and after market production.
