Application:

Whether it's brake pads, brake shoes, or brake lining, each formula consists of more than ten or even twenty types of raw materials. Workers need to spend a lot of time weighing various raw materials according to the ratio and pour it into mixer. In order to reduce the problem of large dust and excessive weighing, we have specially developed an automatic raw material batching system. This system can weigh the raw material you need, and feed into mixer automatically.

Principle of batching system: Batching system composed of weighing modules is mainly used for weighing and batching powder materials. Process management is visually displayed and can print out reports on product consumption, storage, and ingredients.

Composition of the batching system: consisting of storage silos, feeding mechanisms, weighing mechanisms, receiving trolleys, and control systems. The system can be used for large-scale automatic weighing and batching of powder and particle materials.

2) The control methods are diverse, and the system is equipped with multiple operation modes such as manual/automatic, PLC automatic, manual in the operating room, and on-site manual. Multiple operation and control can be carried out as needed. When the device malfunctions, manual operation can be carried out through the operation panel set next to the on-site computer, or through the buttons or mouse on the upper computer.

3) According to the process flow and equipment layout, the starting sequence and delay time of each batching scale can be selected to ensure that materials enter the mixer as needed and improve mixing efficiency.

The upper computer software is protected by setting running passwords and modifying important parameter passwords, and users can achieve hierarchical management and freely define personnel permissions.
