Usage

The traditional steel back plate production process is generally divided into processes such as blanking, punching holes, flattening, fine cut, and pull pins. All these processes are completed on punching machines, and each process requires a set of stamping die, so the equipment and mold costs required for steel back plate production are high. For each process, it normally requests different Tons punching machine.

To reduce the punching machine Qty and stamping die invest, we suggest to use Laser cutting machine replace the blanking and punching holes process. The laser cutting machine can cut the original back plate shape from steel sheet, and it won’t effect the back plate flatness. In this way, the customer no need to make stamping dies for blanking, punching holes and flattening process. It’s especially suitable for passenger car & commercial vehicle back plate production.

2.Made of aviation aluminum material and extruded into shape, it undergoes rough processing after annealing to eliminate internal stress, and is precision processed after secondary vibration aging treatment, ensuring the overall strength, rigidity, and stability of the crossbeam.

3.Cutting gases are divided into three types: nitrogen, oxygen, and air. These three gases can be selected through electromagnetic valves for cutting.

4.The water system of the fiber laser cutting machine mainly includes two parts: cooling water flows out of the chiller unit and enters the laser in two channels: one channel enters the cutting head of the laser machine to cool its QBH, the other channel enters the interior of the fiber laser and cool it down. After circulation, return to the chiller.
