The purpose of back plate is mainly to fix friction materials, which is easy to install on the brake system.

Before fixing the friction material on the back plate, the back plate needs to be glued. The gluing can effectively bond and fix the friction material. The friction material bonded on the steel back is not easy to fall off during the braking process, so as to prevent the friction material from falling locally and affecting the braking performance.

At present, most of the back plate gluing machines on the market are manually assisted manual gluing machines, which can not realize automatic batch gluing of back plate, and the gluing efficiency has not been significantly improved. In order to reduce the gluing cost, most enterprises continue to manually hand-held rollers to manually roll the steel back of automobile brake pads, which is inefficient, time-consuming and laborious, and cannot realize mass production. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a steel back gluing machine that can automate batch gluing.

This automatic gluing machine is specially designed for mass back plate gluing process. We use the rollers to send the back pates, spraying gun would spray the glue on back plate surface evenly in the chamber, and after passing through the heating channel and cooling zone, the whole gluing process finish.

The glue spraying process is equipped with an independent conveyor belt, and the glue spraying conveying speed can be adjusted according to the glue spraying process;

A filter room set up to deal with the odor generated in the glue spraying process synchronously to ensure that it does not pollute the environment;

Set the glue spraying transition device. During the glue spraying process, the vertex of the detachable point support mechanism is in contact with the front of the steel back. The adhesive on this point is very easy to be cleaned up in the surface treatment process of the subsequent process, which fundamentally solves the impact of the adhesive on the surface treatment of the product caused by the adhesive on the conveyor belt surface;

Each removable point support mechanism on the glue spraying transition device exists independently. In case of partial damage and replacement, only the damaged part can be removed and replaced, without affecting the normal use of other parts;

Flexibly adjust the height and quantity of the removable point support mechanism according to the size of the steel back;

It is equipped with a glue spraying recovery device, which can timely and efficiently recycle the excess glue spraying;

Through the more simple and efficient automatic equipment, the processing efficiency is improved, the maintenance is convenient, and the production cost of the enterprise is saved.
