This drill machine is mainly used for R130-R160 mm made of asbestos phenolic mixture and mineral fiber phenolic mixture, combined with the drilling and countersinking process of brake shoe with different inner diameter models.

The drilling machine can drill holes on the brake shoes to connect them to the vehicle's braking system. The brake shoe aperture and layout of different car models may vary, and the drilling machine can adjust the drilling size and spacing as needed to adapt to the brake systems of various car models.

The machine is designed as a five axis four linkage (two drilling spindles plus two open distance positioning axes and one rotary positioning axis) with axis names defined as X, Y, Z, A, and B. The center distance of the two drilling spindles is automatically adjusted by CNC.

7. The system has intelligent overload protection, which can automatically alarm and shut down both the card machine and the card, reducing unnecessary scrapping and ensuring safety and reliability.
