Application:

Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a special cleaning equipment designed for a large amount of back plate cleaning. The main line of equipment production consists of 1 demagnetization part, 1 ultrasonic cleaning part, 2 spray rinsing parts, 2 blowing and draining parts, and 1 hot air drying part, with a total of 6 stations. Its working principle is to use the strong penetration force of ultrasonic wave and high-pressure spray cleaning combined with the cleaning agent to make the back plate surface clean. The working process is to manually place the back plate to be cleaned on the conveyor belt, and the drive chain will drive the products to clean one station by one. After cleaning, the back plate will be manually removed from the unloading table.

The operation of the equipment is automatic and simple. It has closed appearance, beautiful structure, fully automatic production, high cleaning efficiency, consistent cleaning quality, suitable for mass production. The key electrical control parts of the equipment are imported high-quality parts, which are safe and reliable in performance and have a long service life.

After multi-process treatment, the iron filings and oil stains on the surface of the back plate can be effectively removed, and the surface is added with a layer of anti-rust liquid, which is not easy to rust.

5. A drain outlet is arranged at the bottom of the tank body.

6. The bottom of the main slot is designed in a "V" shape, which is convenient for liquid discharge and dirt removal, and is equipped with a slag tap to facilitate the removal of precipitated debris.

7. The equipment is equipped with oil-water isolation tank, which can effectively isolate the oily cleaning fluid and prevent it from flowing into the main tank again to cause pollution.

8. Equipped with filtering device, it can filter tiny granular impurities and maintain the cleanliness of cleaning solution.

9. An automatic water replenishing device is provided. When the liquid is insufficient, it will be replenished automatically, and stop when it is full.

10. The equipment is equipped with a water blower, which can effectively blow off most of the water on the back plate surface for drying.

11. The ultrasonic tank and the liquid storage tank are equipped with a low liquid level protection device, which can protect the water pump and heating pipe from liquid shortage.

12. It is equipped with a fog suction device, which can draw away the fog in the cleaning chamber to avoid overflow from the feeding port.

13. The equipment is equipped with an observation window to observe the cleaning status at any time.

14. There are 3 emergency stop buttons: one for the general control area, one for the loading area and one for the unloading area. In case of emergency, the machine can be stopped by one button.

15. The equipment is equipped with timed heating function, which can avoid peak power consumption.

16. The equipment is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen.

Operation process of washing machine: (manual and automatic integration)

Loading → demagnetization → ultrasonic oil removing and cleaning → air blowing and water draining → spray rinsing → immersion rinsing (rust prevention) → air blowing and water draining → hot air drying → unloading area (The whole process is fully automatic and easy)
