1.Application:
CNC-D613 is especially designed for commercial vehicle brake pads grinding. This multi-function machine mainly has six working stations: Slotting(Grooving), coarse grinding, fine grinding, chamfer, burring and turnover device. The main working flow is as below:

1.Identify front or back of the brake pads
2.Make single/double straight/ angled grooving
3.Coarse grinding
4.Accurate grinding
5.Make parallel chamfer/ parallel J-shape chamfer/ V-shape chamfer
6.Burring, brush the grinding surface
7.Cleaning the dust by air
8.Automatic record production
9.Automatic turnover the brake pads

CNC grinding machines can achieve high-precision, high-quality, and high-efficiency grinding processing under computer control. Compared with ordinary grinding machines, it can eliminate many human interference factors in the long process of complex processing, and has good accuracy consistency and interchangeability of processed parts, with high processing efficiency. When processing small batches of brake pads on non CNC grinding machines, workers need to spend a long time adjusting the parameters of each workstation, and pure processing time only accounts for 10% -30% of the actual working hours. But when processing on CNC grinding machines, workers only need to input the processing parameters of each model into the computer.

5.Grinding wheels:
5.1The split type bearing seat and motor are slightly different in alignment, resulting in a high failure rate. While our coarse and fine grinding adopt an integrated structure, with good concentricity and higher accuracy.
5.2Servo motor locking+cylinder locking ensures that the brake pads do not move during grinding.
5.3Gantry style, installed on a sliding platform, without any risk of knife collision.

6.The workbench has no any signal, it won’t affect by dust.
6.1If the brake pads has complicate appearance, there is no malfunction by machine.
6.2When the staff clean the dust, there’s no risk to damage the signal.

7.Adopting fully enclosed vacuum suction, only 1/3 of the negative pressure air volume is required, and there is no risk of overflow.

8.Turnover device: automatic turnover the brake pads without any stuck
