1. Application:

UV ink-jet printer refers to a piezoelectric ink-jet printer that uses UV ink for printing. The working principle of the piezoelectric ink-jet printer is that 128 or more piezoelectric crystals control the multiple spray holes on the nozzle plate respectively. After processing by the CPU, a series of electrical signals are output to each piezoelectric crystal through the drive plate. The piezoelectric crystal produces deformation, so that the ink will spray out of the nozzle and fall on the surface of the moving object to form a dot matrix, so as to form words, figures or graphics.

Printer is divided into ink path and air path. The ink path is responsible for continuously supplying ink to the nozzle, and then spray printing. The air circuit is responsible for ensuring that the ink can hang up when it is not sprayed, and will not seep out of the nozzle, so as to prevent poor printing effect or waste of ink.

The printer uses UV ink oil, which is a kind of ink that needs ultraviolet radiation to dry. When the product passes through the nozzle, the nozzle will automatically spray out the content to be sprayed, and then the product will pass through the curing lamp, and the ultraviolet light released by the curing lamp will quickly dry the sprayed content. In this way, the spray printing content can be firmly attached to the product surface.
