1. Application:

Scorching machine is a special equipment for the surface scorch of friction materials of vehicle disc brake pads. It is suitable for the scorching and carbonization of various types of disc brake pad materials.

The equipment contacts the material surface of the brake pad with the high-temperature heating plate to ablate and carbonize the surface of the brake pad material. The equipment has the characteristics of high production efficiency, stable scorching quality, good uniformity, simple operation, easy adjustment, continuous upper and lower pads, and is suitable for mass production.

It is composed of scorching furnace, conveying device and cooler. At the same time, there are two styles operation modes: single machine operation and mechanical operation for customers to choose.

2. Working Principle

The disc brake pad is pushed into the furnace body by the conveying push strip to contact with the high-temperature heating plate. After a certain amount of time (the scorching time is determined by the scorching amount), it is pushed out of the scorching zone and enters the cooling zone for product cooling. Then enter the next process.
