2.5 Integrated Mixing Function
An internal mixing hopper and auger (screw conveyor) system continuously agitates the material, preventing separation or stratification. This ensures that each weighed portion remains uniform and consistent.

The PLC can store 1,000 different brake pad model recipes. When changing production models, simply select the model name from the memory – no need to reprogram weighing parameters. Changeover takes seconds.
2.7 Fool-Proof Design (Poka-Yoke)
The system includes intelligent error prevention features, minimizing the risk of incorrect operation – especially helpful for new or less experienced operators.
2.8 NG Reject Function with Automatic Discharge
Real-time weighing verification detects any portion outside the acceptable tolerance range. Out-of-spec materials are automatically rejected and discharged into a lower material collection box. This guarantees that every cup or box is within the target weight range, ensuring consistent brake pad quality.
