This back plate deburring, polishing & flattening machine adopts a combined abrasive belt structure, specially designed for surface processing of brake pad back plates and metal sheets. As a professional dry-type flat processing equipment, it integrates flattening, precision polishing, deburring, wire drawing and oxide scale removal in one single unit.
The machine features an independent dual-station processing design with coarse and fine sand belt mechanisms. The coarse sand belt station efficiently removes stubborn surface defects including welding slag, particle residues on workpieces, while the fine sand belt station further refines the surface to achieve a flawless, smooth and burr-free finish. It perfectly eliminates burrs and irregular edges generated from stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting and other machining processes, delivering consistent, high-quality metal surface finishing results for mass production.
